Uh oh think it's time for a new belt... I think /hope

Hi all

Hope your all well. Had a crazy shock today when my table saw started smelling whilst in use.

From what I can see it looks like it's because the belt is slipping constantly and then rubbing against the metalwork inside.

The belt is all the way to the left ( looking at it from a cutting point )

Is this likely to be the belt or something worse ?

You could try some belt dressing, eg http://www.axminster.co.uk/ambersil-belt-dressing-fg
