Me too. these saws ar likely to go up a bit in price now aren't they. Thats said the SIP is availible for £399.

Yes the SIP's a cheaper option however my need is for one with a sliding carriage so this is cheaper than the SIP version.
Another tick for me is Axminster's after sales, which has been excellent, so if I end up with a lemon I know I'll get it sorted.
