Hello,
One of you kindly mentioned a very good cookery forum - see url below. An excellent site. However I was a little disconcerted by a thread on the subject of "Toad in the hole". The recipe is pretty standard. The trouble is, a moderator moved the thread to the "Ethnic food" forum because it was deemed "SO British". I have considered posting a recipe for Pumpkin Pie to the Ethnic foods forum, but thought better of it.
Meanwhile, I am going to bake the following pizza at the weekend. It sounds yummy. It could do with a dollop of maple syrup just to sweeten it a little.
