I got an order from them last week. Timber is decent quality, service was a little slow, but good enough. They sent via next day courier, but it took two days to arrive. You order specific sizes on the website and then they will sift through what they have available and pick the pieces or timber that are the closest match, so there will be an extra payment required as the pieces they select are invariably bigger than those you order. My order was around £90 on the website including shipping and I had to pay an extra £31.
I've never bought from an online supplier before, so I have no benchmark, but I have to say it isn't an ideal way to buy timber, though if, like me, you have a busy schedule then it may be a good compromise.
Overall I was happy with the way it went and would probably use them again.
