This video is posted approximately every three months by a keen newbie.


It is of course, very interesting for other newbies who haven't seen it before but get prepared for groans from some of our older members!

yes , but i would'nt like to get anything trapped in the top as it closes :shock:
 
I do think that the table is well, something else. I will be starting a small scale project to workout the running gear that is required to make it all move. After all it's not rocket science, or is it. Time will tell.
 
As noted, the general design has been around for a long time, but this certainly brings a new level of sophistication to it.

I think round is by far the best shape for dining and the ability to stay round while increasing the diameter is brilliant; a cousin of mine had a version that added arc'ed outer leaves to increase the size. Rather awkward to store, though.
