Made the Tiddles saw horse mark 2 today/yesterday. I adjusted it slightly to have only 2 long rails and allow the whole table to be closer to 850mm tall vs 600mm. I also only had a 12mm sheet of WBP ply rather than 18mm but it seems sturdy enough, I get a no movement on what would be a rip cut motion, but quite a bit of wiggle in what would be a cross cut. I think this is down to the 12mm ply, lack of central rail and un-even flooring its on. I think it will be fine in use, will be trying it out in the next few weeks properly.
