Tensioning clips ?

Trouble is I don't even know if that is the right description

I'm looking for some clips to lock a lid down onto a bucket, something like what you use to tighten up ski boots ? You have a hook on one piece and a spring loaded hinged hoop on the other. I know they exist but for the life of me I can't remember the correct name. Help !

Fall back solution is J-bolts hooking under the rim but it is really, really bugging me that I can't remember what these are called ....

Snap catches I think you will find. I needed some a few years back for a video housing I was building. I needed those in Stainless steel and looked high and low for them eventually finding them at one of the local ironmongers! I am almost sure that Issac Lord sell them too. HTH. :wink:
