Hi
As an update..
Finally found an unused and unregistered Festool Precisio cs70 on Ebay with sliding table and both support tables for a great price (virtually half rrp) - still more expensive than the others but has served us well and is ideal in a small shop and a bit of a Rolls Royce on site. I must confess to being a Festool convert - TS55 + rails, OF1400 with CMS (great all round router), ETS 150 (fantastic random orbit and head and shoulders above anything I've owned before) and CTL 26 dust extractor (great in the shop but invaluable on site - no mess!!). We got most of these off Ebay at pretty good prices but the router and dust extractor were new and frighteningly expensive!
The dehumidifier has been great - no rust on the planer thicknesser, morticer etc and a pleasant work environment.
Thanks
Tim

No matter what the top is made of there will be steel elsewhere in the construction, and that too will corrode. Sort the damp first.

Roy.
