I had grand hopes of doing something special for my first birthday as a turner instead of which I am stuck recuperating from a couple of cracked ribs. Means I can't get on with building my bench for the lathe. Still it's good seeing some of the things that you are all turning out. Keep 'em coming, gives me food for inspiration etc

Hopefully be up and running in a couple of weeks.

Thanks for reminding me of that little escapade Pete, needed a good chuckle at someone elses expense at the mo.

If the weather down on the moor is anything like it is here I doubt trying to do much involving popping in and out of the shed would be very pleasurable.
