wood1000 are you talking about the NVR switches? We have two buttons, on (green) and off (red) what do you have?? :?
we have the same thing. I'm taling about in the tool box in the macherly I notice the swich on the planer is different. Why? https://www.ukworkshop.co.uk/toolbox/images/PLANER.jpg

I'm not sure I understand the question either.
The picture is not very clear when zoomed in........the switch shown looks like an ordinary IP55 or IP56 isolator.
There are mandatory rules that apply the all electriical and mechanical item sold in the EC. Items sold in the USA would need to comply with EC law and would probably be different in appearance.
This applies to all switches and / or mechanically interlocked on - off switches as we operate on a harmonised voltage and frequency here.
We might be able to help if you can be a bit more specific.

The big red knob is a cover so you can't press the green on button ay accident. And in an emergency you have a large off button. If you lift the flap up there is the normal two On(Green) and off(Red) buttons
