Sticky wax

I have just finished a small (ish) box with three coats of Danish Oil followed by clear Chestnut wax to finish it off. All coats of finish were left overnight but the final coat remains sticky. This has not happened before.

What should I do next? Liberon wax remover and start again?

Rewax with a fininshing wax applying it with fine webrax and rubbing in then after about 20mins polish with a soft cloth - usually works

Thanks for the tip Dodge.
I was late applying it, had to wait for a minimum order to accumulate for Axminster. Useless shops round here.
