Beautiful work BMD. I've not often seen Utile turned, but that makes me wonder why. Is it 3 pieces of utile glued together?

I have to say that with 16 hours in the pot alone, I'm glad I'm not a detailing fan!

only 2 parts of utile were glued (bottom 2 parts of the cone )the cone is joined to the base with a 6mm ss rod,the top part of the cone is removable so you dont have to carry the whole thing round the car when waxing, only the part that holds the wax

Awesome pots, not really a turning fan, but they look great. Make me want to have a go lol.

To echo what others have said, the turning is splendid and there are some lovely pieces of wood there. The need for such a posh pot remains a bit beyond my understanding, but the display case looks good, and if there is business in it, good for you.
