I have a vacuum pump for sale it's been used to process carbon fibre pre-preg but I don't use it anymore. It can be used for holding down veneers while the glue dries. It's a heavy pump so if you need it posted it will cost a few bob.

I thought I may as well post here to answer as many questions as pos.

After £200 as these are around £500 new.
Someone asked about CFM - it'll empty any size bag fast enough but it's more the vacuum it'll pull than the amount of air it shifts.
There's some through bag connectors in with it too.
If you need any more info just ask, it was used to pull air from vac bags that had pre preg carbon fibre in moulds so it'll manage a veneer no problem.

Do you have part/model numbers etc? Are you sure it will fit easily to veneer bags, etc?

I've not seen a veneer bag but I visited this site and it says they are the same so yes it will fit, they seem to use the same through bag connectors etc so it will work.

Looking at the prices of the bags, you'd be better off getting some bagging material from a composites supplier it does the same job and it'll be cheaper.
