I had this cut on a milling machine and it is as square as I can tell. Not temp sensitive, doesn't move if it's dropped.

nice jigs :D

do you cut the laminate board yourself? if so what do you cut it with?
we use the same boards when fitting toilet cubicles in schools and only manage 18"cut with a metal blade in jigsaw before its totally blunt
 
In that case Speed I would think it is not the same stuff. I use woodworking tools and machines to cut it. If it is the same stuff drilling it producues a smell like a burning out motor.
