No, sorry, not been eaten by a lion but Safari 9.1.3 running on OSX 10.9.5
Increasingly I'm finding more and more sites not functioning properly with Safari and I have to use other browsers such as Chrome or Firefox. Which is not ideal since Safari dovetails neatly in with Keychain Access and so usernames and passwords get auto-populated etc.
I realise that Apple have stopped supplying updates for Safari 9.1.3 but these usually only relate to security type issues.
Is it that there are changes out in HTML/Java/Flash/whatever world that makes this happen ?
I can only update Safari to a later version if I also update OSX...and I'd rather not do that.
