if Rutlands deliver on time. Just ordered the t track offer and was tot 3 - 5 days deliverey .

No problems for me. I've bought at least twice from them and 3-5 days was about right.

I do think some of their stuff is way overpriced imho

Just ordered the pen making kit, and it arrived next day, so no complaints from me, but watch this space :roll:

PS: Kit was on offer, and I got a free delivery offer as well, yes I'm a tightwad, but who cares?

When Rutlands have your items in stock there is normally never an issue, their service is great.

However, the problems ALWAYS ARISE when they are short of stock, or are waiting for stock to arrive and that is when they show that they have no concept of customer service.

Ordered some bits on Sunday evening at around 9pm and it arrived this morning (Tuesday) at 7am. No complaints here.
