Rietveld's Red Blue Chairs - WIP

Here's my latest update on the Red Blue chair builds. My last thread over on the General Woodworking board turned into a pretty cool discussion on design, so I thought I'd start up a WIP thread here. Thanks for looking, and thanks for all the great advice and discussion! This is fast becoming one of my favorite online haunts!

All of the chair body parts are cut to final size and are ready for joinery. I still need to pick up some Baltic Birch plywood for the back and seat, but I’m excited to see this chair start to actually come together and take shape!

I'm watching this with interest - but I think it's time for a sharper blade on your saw! ;-)

That was taken when everything was still rough in length. I had used my circular saw out in the garage to break down the nine foot slabs before bringing them into the shop.
