I use an Electra Beckum 315 as a small shape cutting band saw and have recently obtained a replacement drive belt. The existing belt has stripped to half its original width but amazingly still operates. I cannot find a way to remove the lower wheel to replace the belt. The manual doesn't cover this topic. The parts diagram show an M20 nut behind the wheel but this seems inaccessable. I would be grateful for any help
