Hi
I have a teak veneered G Plan glassed top oval coffee table 1960s vintage. Having seen one on e-bay described as solid teak I was going to sand it. First of all though I checked with G plan who were very helpful locating original brochures where it described it as being teak veneered. The veneer around the edge has faded quite badly and there are some stains on it, the bottom part is fine and in good condition. Is there a product that I can clean this with as I consider sanding may go through the veneer and is not an option. Also what would be the best finish for it?
Regards
