I have two books useful on built in furniture, although both are American.
The first is Designing and Building Cabinets from the New Best of Fine Woodworking. This is collection of magazine articles grouped into similar topics. Some of the articles were very good like one on using frame frames, and fitting doors with butt hinges. But too much detail on American stuff like Plywood cabinet construction.
The other is Building Traditional Kitchen Cabinets by Jim Tolpin.
This goes through the whole process of designing and building a kitchen, but is equally adaptable to other built in furniture. I found this book the more comprehensive of the two.
Hope that helps.
