I'm making a jig that involves gluing polycarbonate(PC) to PC and PC to aluminium and hardwood. Any ideas? I thought maybe a contact adhesive. A web search brought up some all sorts of weird chemical suggestions!
Thanks,
Gower

PC to PC is usually a welding process where a strong solvent is applied to the joining surfaces and wicks alon the joint melting the plastic. I think MEK is the prefered chemical but its not easy to get hold of now due to health & safety.

PC to wood/alloy would be best done with an epoxy like araldite.

Thank you both for replies. Might try a combination of both.
Cheers,
