Hi all

This is a customer care survey for one of the companies in The List.

Very helpful when I was considering a variable speed upgrade for my Record CL3. I subsequently purchased the upgrade from ASK.
I had a problem with a small component and Russell arranged for a new part to be sent from the manufacturers, very satisfied.

Russel's a one man band and as such you get the personal treatment from him. He's knowledgable and helpful and his shipping prices to France are very reasonable. He's a woodturner and does tend to specialise in turning tools, but has a decent cross section of general woodworking tools. Hope that's of some use.
