I talked to Axi today about my MB9020 planer thicknesserand as usual they were very helpful. He told me to plane two lumps of wood and see if they join ,so I dually did and guess what it worked! so I had another go and again more was taken from the middle. I put a straight edge to the table and it was lower on the infeed side, i gave it a tap underneath and it had lifted level again so basically its a Friday machine. Its funny when you find one fault all the other niggles become visible.
I will talk to Axminster again in the morning, but I am happier that its the machine and not me and confident Axi will put it right. I am quite happy to give another MB9020 a try as I know many of the guys have theirs with no problems. Thanks again for your help and advice
