hi guys

i attempted peter millard coasters using 18mm ply>

the problem i had was my table saw couldnt clear the depth for the final slicing so i had to flip the stock and saw the remaining material

my saw mm is 10 inch (255mm)
any method to make this easier?

I know it will be wood wasteful, but how about a thicknesser or electric plane/planer to thin them down enough to nearly release them them. Then push them free and sand edge?

Assuming you’re referring to this where he uses a mitre saw to chop them off:

If you don’t have a power saw big enough then a handsaw would be the next option. Mark carefully and then saw to the lines.
