Hi Guys,
I'm sure there must be a few construction chaps on here, can anyone give me a rough estimate for a patio.
200 sq meters, soil to be dug out put in large hollow in garden then top soil on top. gully drains, 30 linear meters of retaining wall 900mm high, on 500mm foundations. Wall to be barred into foundations, 9" hollow blocks filled with concrete. rendered, capped with concrete capping stones, 2m wide steps to garden. Patio stone, price it at £4000.
A guide price from anyone would be great.
