password change

Hi, sorry to ask a common question, but I'm a newbie and am logged in on a computer generated password and want to change it to one of my own. i have read the instructions but the edit user account button appears to too well hidden for me to find it.
help please?

Try tabbing down under the PROFILE tab at the top of the page.

Or under the USER CONTROL PANEL at the right of the page.

User Tools> User Control Panel> Profile> Edit account settings
