I've just discovered that the box with the side handles to 3 of my drills has been chucked out by accident by SWIMBO. It happened over the last 6 months while I was recuperating from my foot operation, which came while in the middle of redoing my workshop layout etc. I just discovered they were gone when I was starting to put things into their new slots on the new shelves.

So I now have a Yankee 1555, a Stanley 803 and a Faithfull enclosed body hand drill (don't know the model), none of which have a side handle. I don't have access to turnery devices at the mo and was wondering if anybody would like to offer their services to make some for me. More than willing to compensate in your prefered manner, beer chits, charity donation or even Yapese Rai (seems to be more stable than the £)

cheers

Hi Droogs,
just read your request, and would be happy to turn the knobs for you.
Would need rough drawings or original pictures of the knobs together with accurate sizes of fixing holes through the knobs.
Finally & most importantly what Hardwood do you want them made from ( i think they are usually stained or painted beech)
kind regards paul.
