Myford ML8 planer attachment belt

I have just acquired a Myford ML8 lathe with various attachments. The belt for the planer is perished. Does anybody know the specs so I can buy a new belt?

I can buy a belt locally if I have reasonably accurate measurements.

Theres some info here if its any good to you. In the text theres a link to belts so you may be able to work out what type etc, or they can supply one maybe?

I know it's a fairly long time since you posted this, but I'm new here, and have just had the same problem. I solved it by using the same Nu-T-Link belt that I use for the main drive from the motor to the headstock. It takes 23 links, and works very well. The only problem with it is that you can't fit the pulley cover over the belt.
