Are those expandable plate holders available in the uk? seen them on this old house years ago, think there an excellent idea.

Dunno, but they look to be lift-out (black bits - handles?). For me that would be brill: as I'm banned from emptying the dishwasher before lunchtime as it's proven too expensive :-(

The eagle eyed among you will have noted the UK 13A wall sockets on the kitchen wall. I did a Google image search, which led me to http://www.houzz.com/projects/7214/Wenge-and-White, which led me to http://www.glenvalegroup.com/, which via some more Google-Fu led me to Blum.

The plate holders are part of the Blum Orga-line range ~£37 online, or available as part of a set.
