I sent a pm to Charley (mod ) on the 7.12.2015 ,It is still in my " out box" , is he on holiday or not well. Or can he read it and leave it there??

If it's still in the outbox it has not been read. Unfortunately Charley is not overly active with UKW. May I suggest you direct whatever questions you may have to Chas (CHJ) who should be able to help.
