Hi,
I bought the Rutland premium mitre gauge when it was on offer and just got around to trying it and had mixed results.

Works great with my Dewalt 745 however it’s useless with my Trend router table as it basically won’t slide as the plastic/rubber washers which are used to tighten then expand the fit to the track catch on it.

I was hoping they would be a cam tightening system but they’re not so I was wondering whether there were any solutions?

Theres 4 of them and I could just remove them for when using the router table but that would be a right pain, plus the screws are that small I’d probably lose them so I was wondering whether it would be O.K. just to file a flat edge on them as they only stick out around 1mm, or is there any better solution, or would it be better just searching for a new piece of T track?

Any advice would be appreciated.
