Hi guys.
I'm new here so please be gentle. I have been making a wedding keepsake box for my sisters wedding and was looking to create a high gloss finish on the box. After a bit of research melamine lacquers kept popping up. Having never used this product I was unsure how it is best applied. When researching it seemed that a lot of people are using it on small projects.....I.e pens, bottle stops etc. Is this because of the rapid drying times?? Is it not suitable for covering large areas. Are chestnut/mylands lacquers both as good as each other?? Any advice or alternative suggestions will be gratefully received
Regards
