Making something new

Hi are anyone effected by minecraft either you play it or you have family members that play it.

I don't know if the minecraft characters are copyright but my sons and their friends keep pestering me to make a few minecraft items and characters for them

Has anyone else made minecraft items or characters out of wood to sell or give away.

I have just started drawing the items, next stop once I figure out who wants what it will be can I make them and on what machine do I make each one.

If you can include pictures of any you have made it will be great.

My Granddaughters play it but I would have thought the characters are copyrighted as you can already buy plastic toys of them?

Yes it was only gifts for my two boys I never make enough to sell anything I just usually plod along and Malta presents for family and friends.
