I've not seen that type but Isaac Lord do a about three piston stays for toy box lids

Adam! I have a couple of those Rockler stays going spare as I bought too many earlier in the year. PM if you're interested. I'll have to have a look later and see which ones I have and if they're suitable for the size and weight of your top.
