Le Tour in London

Anyone going to London for the Tour Prologue or to Kent for Stage 1?

I'm bringing my sons and maybe my daughter down for the weekend. Probably going to camp. Anyone have any ideas where I might find a campground, that would be fairly near easy public transport into London? Also fairly accessible by car to the roads used in Kent for Stage 1?

Also, any predictions for the Tour? Overall, and for the Prologue. Overall, it seems more open than even last year. (Partly for reasons I'd rather not go into.:roll: ) I'll start the predictions though with Vinokourov for the overall, with Leipheimer as a possible darkhorse.

For the Prologue, I have to go for David Millar.

I don't know if it is still there or even if it is in the area you want but a few years back I camped on a site owned by the Caravan club which was right next door to Crystal Place, pretty central I thought. I was attending the Underwater Exhibition at the time and it was a long drive home. :wink:
