Hi All,
Have just found that the plastic cover of the 'M' key on my Dell Inspiron laptop has come off. It does not appear to be damaged but seems to have some microscopic slide on clips that I cannot relocate. Should I just stick it back with superglue or is there a proper way?
Regards
Martin

You tend to find that the key clips back on.
the key locates on 2 half rocker connecters (This could be your microscopic slide on clips) this can be a bit fiddley to do but if the clips have come out also they need to be removed from the key then reattached to the laptop by squeezing together each half left then right then apply the key to the clips with firm downwards pressure.

This is how I have repaired laptop keys in the past but a dell laptop could be different.

Many thanks for that, you were spot on!
Needed a high power magnifier to see what was going on but a bit of fiddling and some firm downward pressure has fixed it.
