Doing my first lamination, boy is that stuff brittle!
Saw a great YouTube video where the guy sanded and dusted real well to make sure our was flat then rolled it on, was a bit like honey.
I am using bostick 5424/c and as son as I spread it gets really stringy and lumps up a bit, see attached.
Made me feel all the getting rid of little particles was a waste of time.
I carried on, and the end result seems ok, I went round the edges with a roller, and then weighed it down in the middle.
Just wanted to check it should be like spray on cheese,(trust the Americans to invent that...)?
Any other advice? Fwiw it's 17 degrees here, but still in tshirt
