I haven't posted with you folks in awhile, so here's something a bit different.

I make puzzles for families to assemble and avoid producing work that baffles people. This puzzle takes that philosophy right to the edge. It took only four hours to cut but it took my wife ten hours over ten days to put together. She said it was really phun, though, and she made progress every time she sat down to it.

It's 215 pieces, roughly a square foot, and the pieces are cut jagged like the border, with occasional butterfly locks for variety. The picture is from a scrapbooking store.

Hopefully, this may give other puzzle cutters some ideas..... Carter

Ooh, that looks a devil to put together Carter since the stripe patterns repeat. Nice change in cutting style too, bit difficult to do a colour line cut on stripes

Carter!

You're flirting with the dark side...abstract art, almost a strip cut...where will it end?

Great piece of work though!

Chris
