Jet Spare parts

Hi all....


Anyone got any idea where i can get hold of a tool rest body 'Lock Handle Assembly' for a Jet 1220vs please..?

Mines started to 'jump' over the built in teethy things and i reckon they've super glued it together cos i can't get the blessed thing apart (hammer)

Failing that..... whats the thread size and i'll make something up using a bolt with a hole drilled in it and an old allen key as a handle :wink:

Hi, I think you need to look for Bristol locking handles, They are a standard component and I got mine from axminster power tools you will just need to establish the metric thread size that goes into the toolpost, regards roy

Contact Brimark/Axminster.

I've a feeling that the Bristol levers on Jet machines are UNC rather than metric - at least my 1642 levers look like UNC threads to me.
