I need to buy a custom cutting die

Hi all

I dont know if I am in the right place here really so thought I would post this in
general chat. Basically, I need a cutting die made. I have contacted
alot of companies and not getting many replies so now im on the hunt for a
any decent contact that might sort things out for me at a fair price.

Specification is:

25x35mm dimensions
Non standard shape
A durable backing plate would be nice
Must cut through 1mm medium strength sheet aluminium
I can provide a DXF or just a simple image with outline

This die will be used in a home/hobby environment, not industrial.

If anyone knows anyone who knows anything about this kind of work, I would
appreciate a chat with them.

Talk to your local lazer cutters, for a simple die to cut shapes out of ali you just need the female shape cut from say 10mm gauge plate and a matching male from the same with a small tollerance between the two. No need for any form of cutting edge the shearing action will do the job.
