It made a difference - but I will wait for the water bill before calling it a success.

These were organic autumn sown sets (radar). The amount you see represents about three quarters of a bag - which cost £5.58. Some (<10%) were harvested early as they bolted, and some of the original bag were given away as I did not have enough space.

They have been harvested a little early - the tops fell over a week or two back - but I need the space.....

Thank you. It does look a lot better than last year - I am pleased (pending water bill). Since these are autumn sown they may not keep as well as I would like. Many may wind up in chutney.

over 30 years in Taunton (4 seperate addresses) before leaving the country in a marked manner. Children and grandchildren still there. I visit once a year.

Refugee? nah, depending on your viewpoint, I'm a UK emigrant, or a Cyprus immigrant.
From my standpoint I just followed the sun (35c minimum for about 8 weeks so far, and the hottest is still to come). Just completing 9 years now. mmmmm .
