Hot Glue Gun

I know it's only a small purchase but can anyone advise me on which one to buy. I am just starting out as a wood turner and want a hot glue gun for sticking scrap to a blank for mounting on the lathe. They vary in price from next to nothing to about £30 upwards. Will a cheap one suffice for what I want or will it be false economy?
