hinges

I am looking for a high quality surface mounted hinge for a jewellery box. I would prefer it to be nickel plated, or solid brass, and it needs to be decorative rather than utilitarian. Each half an inch or so (max inch and a half) long by something suitable wide.

Any ideas?
