Hinge ideas for a campervan

I'd like to find interior hinges for the camper that will stay open. The door is in a face frame sort of arrangement so kitchen type hinges won't do (at least I don’t think they will, feel free to disabuse me of this). Edit: Inset doors, that's the term I was after. Also there’s some cranked flush hinges on some of the other doors that do this but searches for 'sprung flush hinges' come to nought.
Can anyone suggest something that will suit? Hope you can help.

Many thanks but those doors are not the same mounting, for mine the hinges would already be open 180° in the closed position, they would need to open 270°, in fact more.
