High humidity finish...

Hi,

I've been asked to make a bathroom cabinet out of sycamore for a small shower room / bathroom. What finish would you recommend for a high humidity environment?

Think I'd be inclined to use a poly or some kind of poly/spirit mix depending on how you want the finish to look.
A 50/50 mix should offer a good degree of protection whilst still allowing some 'feel' to the wood.
