At 08.51 my youngest daughter (Claire) gave birth to our fourth grandchild Toby, weighing in at 8lb 9oz (not sure what that is in new money) Toby is a little brother to Finn and a cousin to Eva and Harry.
We were woken at 04.00 and asked to drive over to her house to babysit Finn while her husband Jo took her to hospital, so I'm cream crackered plus I've had a few glasses of Prosecco, so mods please keep an eye on my posts for the rest of the evening, simply because I'll not know what I've said, or to whom, as I'll be pleasantly pie eyed.
Some things in life are worth all the pineapple we face daily.
