GMC goes into receivership

Just came across this link on an Australian site saying that GMC (owners of Triton) are going into liquidation.

A lot of the B&Q own-brand stuff in recent times has looked to be from GMC, some of the McAllister routers and cordless drills are identical to the GMC designs.

I wonder if we’ll see a cheap sell-off of stock at B&Q?

Might see sale on Ryobi items at B&Q ,as I was told by an assistant they were not going to stock them any more .I returned a fawlty drill and they wouln not order a replacement,had to have a refund.
