Looking in old catalogues, they used to be made, so you might be very lucky and find one at an old tool dealer or on eBay. However, the only ones I have ever seen are 12" and I suspect that they were far commoner. When hand fretwork was a more popular hobby than it is now, most projects were designed to be made from quite small pieces of wood and joined together. What are you making? Is the long reach saw essential?

But that sounds like a problem you'd only need to solve if you already had a big, unstable 18" fretsaw! I'm intrigued too.

I have a 14 1/2 inch throat depth one that I could part with.
PM if interested.

The longer they are the harder they are to control. I thought the 12" type was a bit unwieldy, 18" must be more so.
My Hobbies treadle is 18" I think, long time since I used it.

I think 18" is pretty much the norm for Hobbies treadle models.
