Not wanting to discuss the merits of forward or backward tilt, what is the best way for setting up forward tilt. I just can't get my head round how I am going to make use of it. How on earth do I guard it safely. What are its benefits?
Its a case of it being simple and a couple of pictures could speak volumes.
