I hope I'm not in breech of the forum rules with this, if I am then mods please remove.
I've been asked by a colleague if I know anybody who may be interested in a lathe since his father died and it is no longer required. I thought somebody on here may be interested before it goes on eBAY.
It's a Clarke 37", as far as I can determine it's the one shown about 1/3 of the way down this page http://www.chronos.ltd.uk/acatalog/copy ... athes.html
It also comes with a selection of turning chisels. It's been powered up to check if it worked but hasn't actually been used for turning.
I appreciate it isn't top end but it may be of interest to somebody wanting to have a dabble without a large outlay of cash. Please PM me with any sensible offers and I'll pass them on. It would need collecting from Nottingham.
Cheers
